Re: audio crashed

What happens if you call:

"C:\PROGRA~1\Hybrid\ffmpeg.exe" -y -threads 12 -analyzeduration 100M -probesize 100M -i bluray:"D:\BD-50\2D\HUNGER GAMES MJ PT2" -playlist 7 -angle 0 -vn -sn -acodec copy -map_metadata -1 -metadata handler_name="Hybrid 2017.04.23.1" -map 0:1 -y -acodec copy -map_metadata -1 "C:\Users\BOGRDI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\iId_3_aid_4352_lang_hun_DELAY_-44ms_19_17_36_5310_01.dts" -map 0:2 -y -acodec copy -map_metadata -1 "C:\Users\BOGRDI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\iId_4_aid_4353_lang_eng_DELAY_-44ms_19_17_36_5310_05.dts"

inside a Windows Command Prompt?

Might be unproblematic.

Is a problem.

Looks like ffmpeg has some problem with handling the source.
You can try whether disabling 'Config->Input->Extraction->Prefer ffmpeg for extraction from transport streams' helps with that source.

Couldn't reproduce the issue here with different sources.  Does this happen for you only for this source or also for other sources?

Cu Selur

Disabling 'Config->Input->Extraction->Prefer ffmpeg for extraction from transport streams' seems to have helped (now encoding has just started after extracting).
This is the first source I had this kind of problem with (both hun and eng DTS HD streams which is very rare on BD-s here).

Thank you.

Okay, that means that tsMuxeR can handle the file. smile

Won't look further into this as long as it's only a single source, since atm. this could simply be a problem that occurred during the ripping of the source.

Re: audio crashed

Hello,

I wanted to reencode the PCM stream to AAC but got an audio crashed status from Hybrid.

Please find as an attachement the DebugOutput.

Re: audio crashed

"D:\OUTPUT\tsmuxer_13_49_38_9710_01_4.meta"
should contain:

MUXOPT --no-pcr-on-video-pid --new-audio-pes --demux --vbr --vbv-len=500
A_LPCM, "D:\BD-50\2D\ATMENT\PEARL HARBOR EGI HABORU\PEARL_HARBOR\BDMV\PLAYLIST\00001.mpls", track=4356

and Hybrid assumes that 'D:\OUTPUT\00001.track_4356.wav' would be created which isn't the case according to the log.

What happens if you call:

"C:\PROGRA~1\Hybrid\tsMuxeR.exe" "D:\OUTPUT\tsmuxer_13_49_38_9710_01_4.meta" "D:\OUTPUT"

This has happened:

Please note that in the output folder Hybrid created originally:

00001.track_4356.1.wav (3,99 GB)
00001.track_4356.2.wav(1,89 GB)

Maybe this caused the issue.

I got no idea why tsMuxeR creates two output streams.
I don't see a way to predict whether this happens or not.
-> my guess it does work when ffmpeg is used instead of tsMuxeR,..

Yes, it has worked with ffmpeg. It is very rare for a video to be very long concurrently having PCM inside as HD audio.
